IT Executive – Lead IT Operations & Digital Transformation

About the role

The IT Executive will lead the company’s day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring that all end‑user computing, network, security and business applications are reliable, secure and aligned with strategic goals. This hands‑on role combines operational support, vendor coordination, budget management and digital‑transformation initiatives, including the evaluation of AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, network and access issues; manage laptop/desktop provisioning, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Monitor and maintain Windows endpoints, Wi‑Fi, firewall, VPN, antivirus, NAS and other infrastructure components.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Zoom Phone, CRM, contact‑centre and ticketing SaaS platforms; perform patching and basic security monitoring.
• Prepare and track the IT budget, forecast costs, manage subscriptions and procurement.
• Identify and implement digital‑transformation projects and practical AI solutions to improve efficiency, reporting and automation.
• Coordinate vendors, troubleshoot service disruptions and ensure compliance with IT governance policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT operations in a mid‑size organization.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management and project coordination.
• Interest in emerging technologies, especially AI‑enabled tools.
