IT Executive - Network & Infrastructure Support

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time IT Executive in Singapore to administer, maintain and troubleshoot corporate network infrastructure and provide day-to-day IT support to employees. The role covers LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, VLANs, DHCP, DNS and IP addressing, as well as Windows and macOS endpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot firewalls, network access policies, routing, NAT and network connectivity.
• Maintain network configuration backups, diagrams, IP address plans, VLAN documentation and device inventories.
• Implement network segmentation and access controls for corporate and guest networks.
• Coordinate with ISPs and external providers on incidents, maintenance and infrastructure improvements.
• Review network configurations regularly and recommend improvements to stability, performance and security.
• Install, configure, update and troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for operating systems, applications, connectivity and peripherals, and keep endpoint inventories and incident records.

Required profile

• Degree, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of IT support, helpdesk, desktop support or field support experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration with end users, internal teams and external providers.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and corporate network architecture, with hands-on experience with switches, routers and firewalls.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS, including endpoint deployment and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with VPNs, network monitoring tools and endpoint security management.
• CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or similar networking or systems administration certification.
