IT Field Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Field Engineer to join our Singapore team. The role involves delivering on‑site technical services to clients, ensuring their hardware and software environments run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission IT systems at client locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on‑site.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates and patches for servers and network equipment.
• Provide prompt, professional support to customers and document all service activities.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to improve service processes.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or field engineering.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server administration and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a client‑centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA or Cisco are a plus.
