IT Infrastructure Engineer (Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation and commissioning of platform operations applications across Singapore. The role involves translating business requirements into robust infrastructure solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, set up, configure and commission platform operations applications such as LMS Syslog, MXNet, APIMG, IDM.
• Translate business requirements into infrastructure designs and manage system architecture for new and existing applications.
• Ensure compliance with the Authority’s Technical Architecture, SG-TRM, IM8 and IT policies.
• Act as the primary infrastructure point-of-contact for platform operations applications and collaborate with the SR/OS team.
• Support infrastructure architecture reviews, hardening standards, PT and VAST remediation.
• Leverage AI and machine-learning tools to automate configuration management and testing, improving efficiency and service delivery.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the platform operations environment.

Required profile

• Executive-level experience in IT infrastructure and platform operations.
• Proven experience with AI and machine-learning tools within an ICT infrastructure context.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SG-TRM and IM8.
• Ability to work independently and serve as the main point of contact for infrastructure matters.
