About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology team at DOITWELL PTE. LTD. based in Singapore. The role involves overseeing daily IT operations, driving process improvements, and expanding our services to the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the IT team, conducting regular performance reviews.
• Organise and deliver ongoing training programmes for all IT staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high service standards.
• Review and update business SOPs, implementing improvements as needed.
• Recruit qualified overseas IT professionals and verify relevant experience.
• Promote the company’s services to local hotels and expand market presence.
• Travel internationally to source talent and represent the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing an IT team in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct training and performance management.
• Strong client‑facing skills and a track record of building relationships.
• Experience in reviewing and improving operational procedures.
• Successful track record recruiting technical talent from overseas.
• Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment and business development.
