IT Manager - POS System

About the role

Fuku is hiring an IT Manager for its POS system, based in Tai Seng, Singapore. The role leads a cross-functional team delivering POS projects efficiently while keeping high standards and timely outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver POS projects efficiently, maintaining high standards and timely outcomes.
• Gather feedback from clients and end-users to guide system improvements and enhance usability, performance and reliability.
• Translate product strategy and market requirements into technical solutions that drive adoption and competitiveness.
• Plan and manage system updates and feature releases, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business needs.
• Support ongoing product development to drive user growth, improve market performance and achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or another related field.
• Proven experience in POS system development, deployment, optimisation and maintenance.
• Experience in POS, retail, F&B or payment industries, with hands-on knowledge of product rollout.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results.
• Self-motivated, outcome-focused and able to thrive under pressure, with a clear focus on business impact and user value.

What we offer

• Salary range of $8,000 to $10,000.
• Performance-related pay.
