IT Onsite Engineer (AMK)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Onsite Engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will provide first‑line technical support to end‑users, ensure system stability, and contribute to a 24/7 standby roster.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑level support, identify issues and record support tickets.
• Resolve simple technical problems and track ticket progress.
• Participate in a 24/7 standby duty roster to provide continuous coverage.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist end‑users with technical guidance and promote knowledge sharing.
• Perform software and application version upgrades on client machines.
• Support server maintenance activities as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Availability for standby duties on a rotating roster.
• Ability to travel to the AMK site and other locations as needed.
