IT Project Manager (Attractions & Resort Services)

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead critical technology initiatives that enhance the integrated resort experience. This position drives end‑to‑end delivery of projects, aligning them with strategic objectives and ensuring maximum customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and definition through execution, monitoring, quality assurance and formal closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, fostering collaboration and transparent updates.
• Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, expenditure tracking and procurement of external services.
• Apply strategic analysis and problem‑solving to interpret complex information, drive innovation and resolve conflicts across cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 + years of proven IT project management experience, preferably in integrated resorts, hospitality or entertainment.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in Agile environments, using Scrum, Kanban or similar iterative methodologies.

Required skills

• Agile methodology expertise (Scrum, Kanban).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certification.
• PRINCE2 knowledge.
