IT Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Recruitment Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology and business roles. You will partner with hiring managers, source top talent, and ensure a smooth, inclusive candidate experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across technology and business functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social sourcing platforms and referrals.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, project demands and market conditions.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, schedule interviews and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Utilise ATS (e.g., Greenhouse) and recruitment tools to track candidates, generate metrics and improve processes.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in IT consulting or technology hiring.
• Proven ability to handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
