IT Sales Executive – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

The IT Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of hardware, software and training solutions to business customers in Singapore. This 6‑month contract role focuses on prospecting, cold‑calling and managing the full sales cycle to meet defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and follow up on sales enquiries to maximise opportunities.
• Sell IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, accessories) and software (Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk) as well as training courses.
• Conduct cold‑calling using a provided B2B database.
• Utilise MYOB, CRM and HubSpot for lead management and order processing.
• Make daily outreach calls to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing on leads and with purchasing on sales orders.
• Attend training on the latest IT hardware and software updates.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Nitec, Diploma or Degree in IT or an Engineering‑related field.
• Solid understanding of IT hardware and software concepts.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Strong customer‑orientation with good presentation and negotiation abilities.
