IT Sales Manager (Public Sector)

An established global technology organisation is seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive business growth within Singapore's Public Sector. This high‑visibility, individual‑contributor role focuses on developing strategic relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering technology solutions that address complex business and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development plan for assigned Singapore Public Sector accounts.
• Identify new opportunities across ministries and agencies, building relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Understand customer priorities and collaborate with internal teams to shape solutions that meet their needs.
• Lead opportunities from initial outreach through proposal development, maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering against revenue targets.

Required profile

• A strong track record in IT sales or business development, with experience winning new business.
• Knowledge of the Singapore Public Sector and an established network of relevant contacts.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision‑makers and navigate complex sales opportunities.
• Experience in consultative selling and positioning technology solutions around customer needs.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
