IT Specialist

About the role

Lumilens Inc. is looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join its Singapore office. You will provide high‑quality end‑user support for Windows and macOS environments while also assisting with basic network operations and Microsoft Azure/M365 administration. The role requires strong hands‑on desktop support skills combined with foundational cloud and networking knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS across the Singapore office.
• Provision, image, configure, and manage the lifecycle of laptops (Windows & Mac).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, printers and AV equipment.
• Handle software installations, patch management and OS updates.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including device setup and account creation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track hardware/software licences.
• Perform basic LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity troubleshooting and VPN client configuration.
• Coordinate with the regional Network Engineer for escalations and site‑level changes.
• Assist with cable patching, switch‑port configuration and Wi‑Fi AP management.
• Manage M365 user accounts, licences and groups via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online for Singapore users.
• Assist in Intune/Endpoint Manager device enrolment and compliance policy enforcement.
• Handle Azure AD user provisioning, password resets and MFA troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5–8 years of hands‑on IT support and systems administration experience.
• Proven experience supporting both Windows and macOS in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (Group Policy, registry, event logs).
• Foundational knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and Wi‑Fi technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
