IT Support Engineer – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level position supports the client platform by handling incidents, service requests, and project tasks. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operation of IT services, particularly within a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting for client platform problems and provide temporary or permanent resolutions.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate root causes, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Execute service requests, monitor service‑level agreements, and document system configurations.
• Participate in client platform implementation, upgrade projects, and related presales activities.
• Research and evaluate platform tools, provide technical advice, and manage change requests.
• Gather business and application requirements, conduct infrastructure analysis, and propose action plans.
• Maintain facility‑management standards and produce regular status reports.

Required profile

• Good command of English for communication with various entities.
• At least NITEC or higher qualification.
• IT‑savvy with a basic understanding of information technology concepts.
• Comfortable working in a healthcare setting.
• Willingness to receive MMR and TDAP vaccinations (claimable).
• Less than one year of experience or fresh graduate.
