IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of company computer systems through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the functionality of all company computer systems.
• Install and configure hardware components, including memory modules, displays, and hard drives.
• Perform operating system installations and upgrades for Windows and Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve hardware failures, and replace faulty components.
• Provide timely support to end‑users and document resolutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of fundamental IT concepts.
• Proficiency with both Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Hardware installation and troubleshooting (memory, display, HDD).
• Operating system installation for various Windows versions.
• Operating system installation for Linux distributions.
