IT Support Engineer – On‑site & Remote Technical Assistance

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to deliver on‑site and remote technical assistance to our customers. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software and network issues while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving user problems.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade and support client computer systems, including hardware, software, operating systems and networking components.
• Configure and administer Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Intune, and manage patching and file servers.
• Manage IT assets and perform ad‑hoc tasks as required.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong analytical and issue‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
