About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Officer specialized in cybersecurity to join our 24/7 support team in Singapore. The role involves providing technical assistance to customers across multiple channels and ensuring rapid resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

Deliver technical support via phone, live chat, email and on‑site visits.
Participate in a 24/7 shift schedule, working rotating shifts as required.
Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical problems by identifying root causes.
Apply appropriate troubleshooting methods and document solutions.

Required profile

Higher Nitec qualification or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior exposure to networking or cybersecurity solution deployment is an advantage.
