IT Support Specialist – Singapore

About the role

Menlo Security is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join its Singapore office. You will provide technical assistance to both on‑site and distributed teams across the APAC region, ensuring that hardware, software, networking and business applications run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IT tickets submitted via JIRA Service Management, Slack channels and occasional walk‑ins, adhering to defined SLAs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the ticket lifecycle and document troubleshooting steps.
• Provide primarily remote support, with on‑site assistance 2‑3 days per week and ad‑hoc coverage as needed.
• Conduct new‑hire onboarding sessions remotely and across multiple time zones.
• Implement proactive support measures through monitoring, incident prevention and promotion of IT best practices.
• Liaise with third‑party suppliers and vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.
• Install, configure and maintain macOS, Windows and Linux endpoints, servers, virtual machines, printers, audio/visual and conferencing systems.
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance by deploying and verifying security tools.
• Manage SaaS application access and configurations within security guidelines.
• Create and maintain internal IT documentation and user knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware, software and networking issues.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and solution‑focused.
• Highly organized, ethical and able to work independently as well as part of a global team.
• Comfortable providing both remote and on‑site support in a fast‑changing environment.
