IT Supporter

About the role

Satair, part of Airbus, is looking for an IT Supporter based in Singapore. The role covers incident and service request handling, user support, asset and inventory management, and contributes to service delivery and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate major incidents and support local and global IT incidents and service requests
• Provide IT technical support to users, including installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage equipment RFQ and procurement, and manage inventory and IT assets
• Pick up, resolve, update and close incidents and service request tickets
• Support problem management, change requests and IAM activities
• Capture and share knowledge through written knowledge articles
• Work with the various service desks, train business users on IT tools, devices and services, and help improve service delivery
• Manage client software composition and versions, monitor automatic jobs, and ensure licenses are paid for
• Manage printers and peripherals, PC security and access control, and keep hardware and software registers updated
• Manage the PC pool and lending equipment, and take part in regional activities and 24/7 IT support
• Secondary duties include troubleshooting central solutions, advising staff, preparing and contributing to technical documentation, and raising problem tickets

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in IT support
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Broad understanding of IT (hardware, software, network, communication)
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity
