IT System Architect / Infrastructure Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Architect to design and lead the technical architecture for smart utility systems, intelligent infrastructure, and digital solutions across Singapore. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performing systems that align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end system architecture covering hardware, software, networks, and integration.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable technical solutions.
• Develop architecture designs, technical specifications, and implementation standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and infrastructure solutions.
• Design cloud, hybrid, or on‑premise architectures using industry best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support system integration, testing, deployment, commissioning, upgrades, performance optimisation, and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in System Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience designing distributed, cloud‑based or hybrid systems.
• Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, system modelling, and design methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
