IT Systems Engineer – Cloud & On‑Premise Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Engineer to manage and support our enterprise infrastructure across both cloud and on‑premise environments. The role ensures stability, security, and performance of critical systems while supporting daily operations and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure in cloud and on‑premise settings.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and messaging platforms.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patch management, and system upgrades.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability to ensure business continuity.
• Provide technical support for internal IT systems and resolve server, application, and performance issues.
• Maintain security controls, support audits, and implement infrastructure hardening.
• Document configurations, procedures, and participate in improvement projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Exchange environments.
• Strong knowledge of server administration, system monitoring, and infrastructure support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with IT security practices, compliance requirements and ISO 27001.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
