IT Technician – PC Repair & Upgrade

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Technician to join PROTECH ALLIANCE LLP. You will diagnose, repair and upgrade PCs, notebooks and all‑in‑one systems while providing expert advice to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks and AIO systems.
• Disassemble and re‑assemble laptops and desktops for maintenance and upgrades.
• Perform quality checks and verify repair effectiveness.
• Conduct performance testing on repaired or upgraded devices.
• Provide clear technical advice and support to customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take pride in delivering quality service.
• Learn new repair techniques through company‑provided training.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a strong interest in IT hardware.
• Willingness to learn and apply new repair methods.
• Good communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
