Key responsibilities

• Guide participants through personalized skill‑building activities and confidence‑boosting exercises.
• Design and deliver practical employability workshops tailored to varied learning needs.
• Collaborate with partner employers to develop supportive, inclusive job environments.
• Provide on‑site coaching, monitor progress, and maintain thoughtful records of each individual’s development.
• Advocate for independence, confidence, and long‑term success of participants.

Required profile

• Deeply motivated by purpose and impact, with a genuine commitment to inclusion.
• Adaptable thinker capable of customizing approaches for different learning styles.
• Strong communicator who leads with empathy, patience, and respect.
• Experience in coaching, training, education, or social services is a plus.
