Junior Brand/Marketing Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Junior Brand/Marketing Manager will manage a portfolio of international brands, acting as the bridge between brand principals and the local team in Bangladesh. The role is based in Singapore and focuses on executing brand strategies across beauty, food & beverage and toys categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement yearly brand marketing plans for assigned brands.
• Create presentations, marketing reports and pitch books for new brand opportunities.
• Design and launch 360° marketing campaigns for new product introductions.
• Oversee execution of above‑the‑line (ATL) and below‑the‑line (BTL) activities, ensuring brand assets meet guidelines.
• Coordinate training sessions with the training team and support corporate training module design.
• Analyse campaign performance, define KPIs and conduct ad‑hoc market research.
• Gather market intelligence on consumer trends in Bangladesh and identify gaps for new brand opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in brand management.
• Previous experience in the beauty sector is preferred.
