Junior Business Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Business Manager to support the growth of our consulting activities with international financial institutions, focusing on European MNCs operating in Asia. The role combines business development, recruitment and project coordination in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the financial services sector.
• Participate in client discussions and help identify consulting needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer follow‑up.
• Coordinate consultant onboarding and ensure effective deployment on client projects.
• Maintain and develop relationships with consultants and clients.
• Contribute to market research and talent mapping within the banking sector.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience (internship or full‑time) in consulting.
• Understanding of the banking environment and consulting dynamics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish or German is a plus.
