Junior Content & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organised junior professional to turn rehearsals, workshops, performances and everyday production moments into engaging content for The Presenting Company, Cue & Co., and selected arts clients. The role combines hands‑on content creation with support for social media campaigns and live‑event coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short‑form videos, artist features, interviews and recurring series; develop simple scripts, storyboards and shot lists, and capture photos and video during rehearsals and events.
• Edit videos and visuals, add subtitles, music, text and graphics, and adapt approved content for social‑media channels using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro and Canva.
• Write clear captions, maintain a content calendar, schedule and publish posts, and support publicity for shows, workshops and programmes.
• Coordinate content capture around production schedules, organise footage and assets, and ensure deadlines are met while respecting filming permissions and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Interest in content creation, storytelling, the arts or live events.
• Basic ability to film and edit short videos using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Canva or a similar design tool.
• Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to contribute ideas, receive feedback and improve.
• Good organisation, reliability and care for colleagues.
• Relevant study or experience in media, communications, marketing, design or the arts (or personal projects).

What we offer

• Starting monthly base salary of S$2,800.
