Junior Project Manager – Residential Construction

About the role
The Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of landed residential projects, including detached and semi‑detached houses. You will work closely with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and the internal project team to keep construction activities aligned with approved drawings, specifications and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor overall progress of residential construction sites.
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams for smooth execution.
- Track structural, architectural, S&P, M&E and external works.
- Monitor workmanship quality and resolve on‑site issues.
- Report project issues, delays and risks to the senior Project Manager.
Required profile
- Strong experience in building construction and architectural finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication with diverse project stakeholders.
