Junior Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the Project Manager in preparing tender documents, drafting contract clauses, and evaluating tender submissions. This entry‑level position offers exposure to procurement and contract administration within a dynamic interior construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents and quotations for upcoming projects
• Draft contract and specification clauses
• Conduct daily procurement activities with vendors
• Handle contract administration matters, including contractors' claims
• Assist the project team with ad‑hoc tasks related to tenders and contracts

Required profile

• Strong ability to analyse contractual and legal issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competent in numeric calculations and basic computation
• Ability to read and interpret simple construction drawings
• Comfort communicating with Chinese sub‑contractors and clients
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and eager to learn
