About the role

Join a boutique IT recruitment and resource management firm as a Junior Recruiter. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, matching candidates with opportunities while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and sustain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Analyze job requirements to identify key candidate qualifications and skills.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
• Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities based on skills and client needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage the overall hiring process efficiently.
• Negotiate salary offers and placement terms to secure candidate acceptance.
• Achieve recruitment and sales targets by delivering quality placements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and stay informed on market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and candidates effectively.
• Ability to work productively in a target‑driven environment to meet recruitment goals.
• Good time‑management and multitasking skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
