Junior Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join ACHIEVE Career Consultant. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, developing market expertise and helping businesses build high‑performing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network within the assigned market segment.
• Source, assess, and engage candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, motivations, and career aspirations.
• Provide career consultation and market insights to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to post‑placement follow‑up.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and decision‑makers to deliver consultative recruitment solutions.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially driven with a genuine desire to meet and exceed targets.
• Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a performance‑oriented environment.
• Curious and eager to continuously learn about industries, businesses, and market trends.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• No prior recruitment experience required; comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
