Junior Sales Manager – Singapore & Asia Pacific

About the role

The Junior Sales Manager will support the Head of Sales for Singapore in driving sales of Smiths Detection products across Singapore, Brunei and key accounts in Asia. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and delivering order intake growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed bookings, revenue and profit targets for the allocated market.
• Manage time & material, after‑market, run‑rate, spares/consumables and program sales opportunities.
• Drive and develop existing and new business.
• Use business tools and programs to maintain and report weekly on the sales pipeline.
• Own the Smiths relationship with customers and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Manage the sales process from initiation through to order and delivery.
• Collaborate with Programs, Service, Finance and Legal functions.
• Use SAP for quotations, pipeline management, ordering and financial management.
• Participate in weekly operations, revenue, bookings and pipeline development meetings.
• Perform other activities as required.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
