Key Account Executive / Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive / Manager to drive sales growth of Philips‑branded TV products in Singapore. You will build and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners, optimise sales channels and contribute to the brand’s market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales KPIs, including sell‑in to retailers and sell‑out to end consumers while managing accounts receivable.
• Set and meet revenue and unit‑volume targets, delivering consistent year‑on‑year growth.
• Supervise and motivate sales promoters assigned to key accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to improve distribution, product visibility and mix.
• Conduct regular business performance reviews and report to senior management.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify and expand monthly sales opportunities.
• Partner with marketing to create tailored sales materials for target markets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases and generate detailed sales reports.
• Implement channel strategies and trade policies, negotiate terms and build positive partner relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years recent sales and account management experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage relationships at multiple organisational levels.
