Key Account Manager – Global Supply Chain

About the role

Our client is an established global supply chain and logistics organisation seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth and development of key customer accounts across assigned markets. The role combines strategic account management, business development and full P&L ownership to deliver effective supply chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial performance and drive growth across assigned markets and strategic accounts.
• Own and develop relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through new solutions, services and commercial opportunities.
• Drive new business development and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Take ownership of account P&L, forecasting and business planning.
• Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs, providing market insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and presentations to support revenue growth.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and execution of customer requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in Strategic Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development or Commercial Management.
• Strong familiarity with the supply chain, logistics or freight management industry.
• Proven ability to manage and grow key customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Commercially driven with solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, pricing and P&L.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Independent, resourceful and highly motivated with a strong drive to deliver results.
