Key Account Manager – Hospitality (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Key Account Manager to lead corporate and key customer accounts within the hospitality sector in Singapore. The role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate and key accounts in the hotel industry.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular meetings, business reviews and site visits.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase account revenue.
• Negotiate contracts, handle renewals and pursue long‑term partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal operations and service teams to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate client data, activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Support new client acquisition and business development initiatives when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in key account management, corporate sales, hotel sales or B2B business development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel within Bahrain for client meetings when needed.
