Key Account Manager – TV Sales

About the role

Samsung is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive TV sales and partnership development with major telecommunications operators in Singapore. You will lead the creation of bundled offers, rentals and subscription services that expand Samsung’s commercial footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets for telecom operators.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers at partner organisations.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and conduct regular business reviews to track KPI performance.
• Leverage Samsung’s TV portfolio to design compelling bundle offers and support operators with marketing collateral.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and promotional support, and coordinate contract approval with internal teams.
• Plan annual sales targets, launch quarterly promotional campaigns, and manage in‑store merchandising.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Product Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of B2B sales experience in consumer electronics, technology or telecommunications.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value deals with operator or corporate accounts.
• At least 3 years of direct experience selling to telecommunications companies.
