Key Accounts & Commercial Growth Manager (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated professional to lead key account management and drive commercial growth across the region. This contract position offers the opportunity to shape strategic relationships and contribute to revenue expansion for a leading services firm.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key and strategic accounts.
• Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and expansion opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate business solutions.
• Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular customer reviews and present growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Support commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in key account management, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Experience in regional or international markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on identifying business opportunities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed.
