Kitchen and Service Crew – Up to $14/hr + Double Pay on Public Holidays

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our new kitchen and service crew at SukiYa, located in The Seletar Mall. The role is open to candidates with no prior experience; comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders, handle cash transactions and manage daily sales consolidation.
• Serve food and beverages, answer reservation phone calls and ensure excellent customer service.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard operating procedures and food‑safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, service area and equipment.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stock checks and cash reconciliation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Guest‑oriented with a strong service focus.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic command of English for communication.

Required skills

• None specified – training on food safety and kitchen operations will be provided.

What we offer

• Part‑time pay up to $14.00 per hour, double rate on public holidays.
• Full‑time salary up to $2,600 per month (5‑day work week) with shift allowances.
• Fully‑sponsored food safety course.
• Meals, performance bonus, weekend and attendance allowances, monthly sales incentive, referral reward and overtime at 1.5× basic rate.
