Kitchen, Service Crew & Management Trainee (Full‑time/Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love food and beverage. The position offers comprehensive training across kitchen, service and management functions, with the chance to grow into future leaders as we expand to new stores in Woodlands, Anchorvale and Pasir Ris.

Key responsibilities

• Kitchen staff: prepare and cook menu items, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and support smooth kitchen operations.
• Service staff: take orders, assemble and package meals, handle customer enquiries, and promote menu items.
• Management trainee: rotate through kitchen, service and catering areas, learn service excellence, and develop leadership skills.

Required profile

• Passion for the food & beverage industry.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible availability for part‑time or shift‑based full‑time schedules.
• Open to students, homemakers and anyone eager to start a career in hospitality.
