Kitchen Supervisor – Food Preparation & Team Lead

About the role

The Kitchen Supervisor will lead the food preparation team at SUCCESS FOOD PARADISE, ensuring high‑quality meals are produced efficiently across all Singapore locations. This role combines hands‑on cooking, menu development, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals following recipes, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling.
• Maintain HACCP and temperature logs, ensure proper labeling, dating and rotation of all food items.
• Develop and contribute to daily, holiday and themed menus in collaboration with senior staff.
• Supervise a team to keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized and compliant with health regulations.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within budgetary limits.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and implement improvement suggestions.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or restaurant environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Good communication skills for interacting with staff and customers.
