Kitchen Supervisor – Food Preparation & Team Management

About the role

The Kitchen Supervisor will lead a dynamic team in preparing and serving high‑quality meals across our island‑wide locations. This role combines hands‑on cooking, menu development, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, and frying.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls, and proper food labeling, rotation, and storage.
• Develop and contribute to daily, holiday, and themed menus in collaboration with senior staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, work areas, and dishwashing stations.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints, and implement service improvements.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory, and staffing within budgetary limits.
• Supervise shift teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, preferably with North Indian cuisine.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
