Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Kitchen Supervisor to lead our food preparation team across Singapore. You will ensure high‑quality meals, maintain safety standards, and support menu development in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying and broiling.
• Maintain HACCP logs, temperature controls, and proper food labeling, rotation and storage.
• Collaborate with the senior supervisor to design daily, holiday and themed menus.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, work areas and dishwashing stations.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve simple complaints and refer complex issues to management.
• Manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within budget limits.
• Supervise shift teams, enforce health and safety regulations and support staff training.

Required profile

• Experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine and general food preparation techniques.
