Korean-Speaking Technical Project Manager (AI Banking Solutions)

About the role

Cygnify is seeking a Korean-speaking Technical Project Manager for AI-powered banking transformation initiatives. This is a highly client-facing role combining project delivery, solution consulting and commercial engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise banking clients, working with them to understand their challenges, shape AI banking solutions and deliver projects successfully, while also supporting business development and account growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise banking clients, building long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Lead client discovery sessions, business workshops and solution discussions, and work with Sales and Business Development on meetings, demos and proposals.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts with new AI capabilities and banking solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI banking software projects across the SDLC, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources, and coordinating Product, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, UX and Infrastructure teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, provide executive updates and governance, and keep technical teams and business stakeholders aligned.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions, advise clients on AI banking solutions and digital transformation, and help with solution architecture and scoping.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise software development projects in banking, fintech or financial services.
• Strong client-facing experience and a commercially minded approach to business development, presales, account growth or solution consulting.
• Experience delivering digital banking, payments, lending, core banking or enterprise financial technology projects; experience with AI-powered applications is highly desirable.
• Professional spoken and written Korean and professional English are mandatory.

• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills with senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and the SDLC.
