KYC Operations Analyst (Due Diligence)

About the role

Citi is looking for an intermediate-level KYC Operations Analyst in Singapore. The role covers Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting in coordination with the Compliance and Control team, with the aim of developing and managing a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program.

Key responsibilities

• Handle risk and control matters such as information security, continuation of business and records management
• Analyse risks and controls, identify root causes and report findings with mitigation solutions
• Support business managers and product staff
• Help develop business plans, compliance guidelines and complete monthly, quarterly and other periodic risk and control reports
• Advise internal and external teams, and work with Internal and external audit on risk and legal liability issues
• Act as a subject matter expert for senior stakeholders and team members, and escalate control issues transparently

Required profile

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to make effective, timely decisions and to work with limited direct supervision
• Proven partnership-building across business regions
