Land Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to support our construction projects in Singapore. The role involves performing and verifying all surveying activities on site, ensuring accurate data for design and build phases.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and check all surveying works on construction sites.
• Establish demarcations and guides for construction progress.
• Verify accuracy of survey data, measurements and calculations.
• Analyze and check correctness of built‑up structures.
• Carry out periodic checking of control points.
• Conduct land and engineering surveys for project boundaries and land titles.
• Set out building grid lines before and during construction.
• Report findings to the Project Manager and Construction Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently on site.
• Experience using total station survey equipment.
• Capability to perform pre‑computation surveys from established points.
• Proficiency in inputting survey data into as‑built DWG files.
• Competence in topographic surveying.
