Lead Business Analyst - Product Delivery (Senior Manager)

About the role

Prudential is looking for a Product Delivery Business Analyst (Senior Manager) to lead and govern the delivery of product launches across multiple platforms. As a people manager and senior delivery owner, you will oversee end-to-end product delivery, including post-launch activities, and report to the Head, Product Delivery. The role works closely with business, technology and operations stakeholders to deliver quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and govern end-to-end delivery of new product launches, including post-launch activities, and set delivery plans, milestones and priorities.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies, and align business objectives, scope and execution plans.
• Define product scope and requirements with stakeholders, propose and evaluate solution options, and partner with Technology teams on trade-offs and feasibility.
• Review business requirements, business rules and solution design, and analyse rules against product features, processing and regulatory requirements.
• Own the UAT strategy, execution and sign-off, ensure adequate test coverage, and oversee defect management.
• Ensure post-deployment verification, maintain SOPs, training materials and user guides, and support stakeholders before and after launches.
• Champion continuous improvement, adherence to launch SOPs and governance, and innovation within delivery discipline.
• Lead, coach and mentor the Product Delivery team, support workforce planning, resource allocation and succession planning.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven experience managing product delivery, projects and senior stakeholders.
• GCE 'A' Levels or equivalent, or relevant professional qualifications.
• Strong delivery ownership, stakeholder management and influencing skills, and hands-on leadership at execution level.
