Lead Client Partner – Gaming & Apps (Greater China)

About the role

As a Lead Client Partner for Gaming & Apps covering the Greater China region, you will act as a strategic visionary for Pinterest’s advertising solutions. You will build and deepen trusted relationships with top‑tier gaming and app advertisers, driving revenue growth through full‑funnel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of leading Gaming & Apps advertisers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client and agency stakeholders, including senior marketing, media, and technology decision‑makers.
• Design and implement full‑funnel sales strategies spanning awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
• Identify and win new business opportunities, expanding budgets and product adoption.
• Champion Pinterest’s full suite of advertising products and ensure performance targets are met.
• Resolve client issues proactively and collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑funnel advertising sales for gaming or app businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior‑level client relationships.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong strategic thinking and independent execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
