Lead Client Partner - SEA

About the role

Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner to own and grow strategic relationships with its top retail and e‑commerce advertisers across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You will act as the senior trusted advisor, bridging client business goals with Pinterest’s product, measurement, creative and performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term growth agenda for a portfolio of flagship advertisers, setting partnership objectives and success metrics.
• Anticipate client needs, align recommendations with annual and quarterly planning cycles, and integrate Pinterest into broader media strategies.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with C‑suite and VP stakeholders, serving as Pinterest’s most senior external representative.
• Influence multi‑year account strategies, collaborate with internal product, measurement, creative and performance teams, and deliver data‑driven, full‑funnel storytelling.
• Drive sustained investment growth on the platform and ensure measurable business outcomes for clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing key accounts in retail or e‑commerce advertising.
• Deep commercial acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong capability to influence C‑suite stakeholders and shape multi‑year partnership plans.
• Excellent advisory and communication skills, with a track record of delivering measurable revenue growth.
