Lead Executive – Communications

About the role

We are seeking a strategic web and communications professional to strengthen NYP’s brand through creative storytelling and impactful digital campaigns. The role will manage NYP’s websites and digital platforms, support external communications, and collaborate with departments to craft clear, compelling narratives that boost audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NYP websites, ensuring clear, well‑organised, user‑friendly content and improving discoverability via SEO and GEO best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into effective web solutions, aligning content structure and user journeys with business outcomes.
• Implement data tracking, set performance metrics, and analyse audience data to inform communications strategies.
• Produce compelling copy and storytelling across the website, online articles, and eDMs, maintaining consistent brand voice.
• Support internal and external communications, develop departmental communication plans, and assist with media enquiries.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in website management, content creation, or marketing communications.
• Understanding of content structure, SEO fundamentals, and experience with government or institutional website platforms such as Isomer.
• Familiarity with media relations and internal communications best practices.

Required skills

• SEO and search‑engine optimisation techniques.
• Google Analytics for content strategy and performance measurement.
• Website content management systems, specifically Isomer.
• Data tracking and performance‑metric implementation.
