Lead Full Stack Developer - AI & Analytics

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer in Singapore to join its team and work on AI and analytics projects. The role combines full-stack development with data feasibility studies and proof-of-concept projects, working closely with customers and account partners.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers and account partners to identify software service opportunities and build proposals and pitch materials.
• Lead and advise on UI development using JavaScript, Node.js or Streamlit.
• Assess customers' needs and their tech stack maturity, then recommend software pipelines, frameworks, tools and platforms.
• Lead data feasibility studies and PoC projects, and develop end-to-end AI PoCs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Django, Python and similar.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers and data scientists to deliver data and AI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Lead full-stack development and integration of data and AI models into software systems.
• Stay up to date with technology trends and best practices, and work with cross-functional teams to package AI offerings for customers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience, with some exposure to AI and analytics, and a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Customer-focused, with a growth mindset and openness to working with diverse colleagues.

Required skills

• Cloud services: AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and vector databases (on-premises and cloud).
• In-depth understanding of full-stack components and the ability to choose the right ones for each problem.
• Preferred: familiarity with data feasibility studies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
