Lead, Lifelong Learning (Academic)

About the role

The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University seeks a Lead for Lifelong Learning (Academic) to support the strategic development, administration and delivery of its MSc programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives to grow and position the School’s MSc programmes.
• Lead curriculum reviews, examinations and academic governance, including MOAs with partner universities.
• Oversee administrative, financial and operational functions to ensure effective programme delivery.
• Drive process improvement through streamlining, automation and continuous improvement.
• Enhance student experience by managing academic and wellbeing support, enquiries and appeals.
• Leverage data and insights for programme planning, performance monitoring and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or postgraduate degree with at least 6 years.
• Strong strategic, operational, project management and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate for process automation.
