Lead Operations – New Flagship Café (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Operations to spearhead the launch and scaling of a new café concept in Singapore. The role will oversee multiple outlet openings, ensure consistent service and quality, and shape the operating model for future expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑outlet café operations, maintaining service standards, food quality and customer experience.
• Drive sales, manage labour and food costs, and achieve gross profit and KPI targets.
• Plan and execute new outlet openings, covering staffing, training, equipment, stock and operational readiness.
• Develop and refine SOPs, workflows and productivity initiatives to support rapid growth.
• Build, coach and develop Operations Managers, Outlet Managers and their teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT and Project teams.
• Use operational data and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in multi‑outlet F&B or café retail operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L, sales, labour and food cost management.
• Track record of opening, stabilising and scaling new outlets.
• Excellent people leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on, commercially minded and comfortable in a fast‑paced growth environment.
